# Tu perfil y seguridad

Abre **Perfil** en el menú de la izquierda para gestionar tus datos y la seguridad de tu cuenta.

## Información básica

* **Información personal**: el nombre y el apellido que aparecen en tu perfil. Haz clic en **Cambiar** para editarlos.
* **USER ID**: tu número único. Haz clic en **Copiar** e inclúyelo siempre que contactes a soporte, así podemos encontrar tu cuenta de inmediato.
* **Correo electrónico**: se usa para iniciar sesión, recibir notificaciones y recuperar el acceso.

## Seguridad

* **Contraseña de acceso**: haz clic en **Cambiar** para establecer una contraseña nueva. Usa al menos 8 caracteres con letras mayúsculas y minúsculas, dígitos y caracteres especiales.
