📊How to Enroll a Challenge?

Step 1

After logging into your account, click on "New Challenge," choose the challenge package you wish to begin, and then select "Start"

Once you’ve chosen the challenge package, you’ll be directed to the payment page. On the left side, fill in your billing information, and on the right side, provide your payment details. You can pay using either a Credit Card or Crypto Payment.

Credit Card Payment

Choose the "Credit / Debit Card" option on the left and complete all the necessary details.

After entering all the required details, click on "Place Order." Your order should then be processed and reflected in your account.

Please ensure all the information provided is accurate, as completed orders cannot be refunded.

Crypto Payment

Select the "Crypto Payment" option and click "Place Order."

You will be redirected to the deposit payment page to complete the transaction.

Choose the wallet protocol and click "Confirm." Copy the provided address or scan the QR code to complete the deposit using your external wallet. Ensure the payment is finalized within 30 minutes, or you will need to restart the process.

Please select carefully and verify that the chosen network matches the network of the platform you are withdrawing from. Selecting an incorrect network may result in the loss of funds, which cannot be recovered.

You must deposit the precise amount, excluding any gas fees. For example, if you are purchasing a $99 challenge and face $3 in network fees when transferring funds from an external wallet, you should send $102 ($102 - $3 = $99) to complete the purchase. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete order.

Please note that the payment must be completed within 30 minutes.
