Leverage is a trading mechanism that enables you to manage a larger position using a smaller amount of capital, magnifying both potential gains and losses based on market fluctuations. It works by borrowing funds from the trading platform, using your initial capital as collateral.

Bitfunded provides users with the flexibility to adjust leverage. On Bitfunded, leverage can be set between 1x and 5x for all available trading pairs. By utilizing leverage, you can amplify your margin to increase the total size of your orders.

Calculated as, Total Position Size = Margin x Leverage

Adjust Your Leverage

To modify your leverage size, navigate to the "Trade" screen. On the right side, you’ll find a button labeled "Leverage5X," which indicates your current leverage setting. To adjust the leverage size, simply click on this button and select your desired leverage level.

Once you click the button, the leverage size selection screen will appear. Here, you’ll see leverage options ranging from 1x to 5x. Choose your preferred leverage size and confirm the adjustment by clicking the "Confirm" button.
